#4 – Steak With Mashed Potatoes and Asparagus
If your partner loved the earlier mentioned recipe with roasted potatoes then there’s no reason why you should not try this one as it belongs to the same family with a little difference.
Ingredients:
- 2 flat iron steaks
- 1 bunch asparagus, purple
- 7 ozs red potatoes, baby
- 2 shallots
- 3 cloves garlic
- 7 ozs artichokes, baby
- 1 lemon
Method:
- Mix chopped vegetables or potatoes.
- Prepare quartered baby potatoes and halved baby artichokes, after browning them side by side with a steak.
- Cook the steak, hash, asparagus, and shallots in the same pan.
