#2 – City Bonds

(2nd May 1990- London): John Goddard, a 58 year old messenger was carrying a briefcase on a quiet London side street. The briefcase was containing £292 million in bearer bonds. By a side he was held at knifepoint, as Keith Cheeseman was arrested in connection to the crime. Amazingly the second largest robbery in history was carried out by a low level thief brandishing only a knife.
