#3 – You Forget 95% to 99% of Your Dreams
When you were reading the last fact we mentioned, you surely must’ve thought that it is impossible that you have even 500 dreams, let alone more than 1,500. However, the thing is that you forget almost all of your dreams, due to your brain recognizing them as a routine action (similar to not you not remembering if you turned the oven off). Nevertheless, if you are interested in training your brain to remember dreams, make sure that you have a notebook beside your bed. Grab it and write down your dream as soon as you wake up, and you will tend to remember more and more dreams.
