#2 – Quepos Bridge, Costa Rica
Known by the locals as the “Bridge of Death” trucks and cars cross this rickety structure on a regular basis as they make their way from Jaco to Quepos in Costa Rica. As vehicles drive across the 40 metre high bridge, the wood creaks and the iron eerily groans under the weight. It’s a surprise to many that the bridge hasn’t collapsed…. yet!
