#7 – Sex

Intimacy is a vital part of every relationship, but intimacy and sex are two very different things.  Sex is a natural act that people partake in as it provides feelings of euphoria.  However, when people begin to engage in risky sexual behavior with multiple partners, prostitutes, and obsessing over pornography than there is a strong probability that there is an addiction.  Other signs of a sexual addiction include: inability to control sexual behavior, phone sex/cyber sex, excessive masturbation, and feelings of guilt, shame, and despair.
