#4 Mulled Wine

Put your tall wine glasses away because this winter we’re drinking wine from a mug. The mulled wine beverage is served hot, and it’s perfect for wintertime because it contains all kinds of aromatic spices. A classic recipe contains: red wine (750ml), sugar (2 cups), oranges (2), lemons (1), apples (2), black pepper (2 tbs.), and cinnamon (1/4 tbs.). Grab a boiling pan and pour the wine in; chop the apples and add them into the pan. Squeeze all the juice from the 2 oranges and add to the boiling mix as well. Let everything simmer for 20 seconds. Add sugar and cinnamon at the end, and you’re done.
