#6 – “I Wish I Had Chosen Work That Was Meaningful For Me”

Following on from the previous post about working too much, most of us spend at least a third of our adult lives working. This means it would be wise to engage in work that you enjoy doing, at least most of the time, whether that be working for someone else or working for yourself. Spending most of your time engaging in things that make you frustrated or unhappy will over the course of time, make you frustrated and unhappy. This will spill over into other areas of your life such as health and relationships, so if you’re not happy in your work, change something – even if that means changing your career.
