#4 – Energy Fruit Smoothie
If you prefer to drink your breakfast rather than eat it, the solution is a rich fruit or vegetable smoothie. You can use any fruit or vegetable you find tasty. Blend together
- a kiwi
- a banana
- 1 cup of low fat yoghurt or milk
- 1 tablespoon linseed
- 1 cup of crushed ice in a blender
Adjust the consistency by putting more or less fruit or by adding some juice of your choice. Yummy!
