#1 – Homemade Muesli

You can buy ready muesli from the store or you can make your own. Making your own has the benefit that you can put in whatever you love most, without taking in too much sugar and artificial ingredients. So, you can use rolled oats, other whole-grain cereal, nuts (crushed or whole almonds, cashew, walnuts, hazelnuts), seeds (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, sesame seeds), and fruit (fresh or dried). You can keep it in a glass jar for weeks (without the fresh fruit). Serve with honey and milk or yoghurt and you are ready for the day.
