#3 – Pancakes with Oats & Fruit

This is a nutritious, energy boosting and mouthwatering breakfast. You will need:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 eggs
- some raisins or small pieces of dried plumes
- a pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or butter
- honey or maple syrup
Mix the first four ingredients in a bowl. Heat the oil/butter in a small pan and pure some of the mixture into it. Bake for 2-3 minutes and turn when brown. Serve with a generous amount of honey or syrup, a little more cinnamon and fruit. It doesn’t get any better than that!
