#6 – Whole Wheat Tortillas with Chicken & Avocado

Tortillas are great and easy to use with any kind of filling you like. A healthy, energy packed idea: Take (or make) a whole-wheat tortilla and fill it with cubes of chicken, scrambled egg, some spinach, cubed tomato and avocado and maybe some salsa for flavor and you will need nothing more to have a great start!
