#2 – Yoghurt with Berries, Apple & Banana

Greek low fat yoghurt can do wonders for you. It will boost your energy and keep you going for a long time. Just mix together:
- 1 cup of yoghurt
- ½ cup of cubed apple
- some blueberries
- some goji berries
- a banana cut in small pieces
- ½ cup of whole grain cereal
- a handful of slightly crushed nuts
- a little bit of honey
