Symptom #6 – Aches & Pains

Depression and anxiety can cause tension and therefore interrupt the flow of energy through the body.  This causes aches and pains, especially in the head and neck – the core of the central nervous system.  In addition to this, depressed people often neglect to take adequate care of themselves so habits such as poor diet, posture and lack of exercise can compound the problem.
