Protein rich foods are immune boosters. Additionally, antibodies that fight diseases in our body are made of proteins. Therefore, try to include lean proteins in each meal. While there is no miracle food that boosts your immune system 100 percent, lean protein is known to protect us from various harmful bacteria, viruses, and other pathogens. Some good sources of protein include beans, seafood, soy, and lean cuts of pork and beef.
