#3 – They Are Not Regulated

Despite being on the market for years, there is no true regulation of e-cigarettes in most countries. This means that manufactures are not forced to honestly disclose the ingredients and that many of the labels may be false. For example, the levels of nicotine in e-cigarettes varies drastically and you are often consuming more than you may expect. Even “nicotine-free” cigarettes may contain small levels of nicotine. There’s also no way to know what other ingredients e-cigarettes contain or how they may be damaging to your health.
