#7 Flaxseeds
Ground flaxseeds are an excellent source of fiber. This binds to toxins, so that they can be more easily flushed from your intestinal tract. Flax seeds are also an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, which provide a number of health benefits. You can sprinkle flaxseeds on a salad, or mix some ground flaxseeds into a glass of lemon water. This is an excellent step towards regular detoxification.
