#6 – Exercise In Bursts
Experts say that interval training is an effective way to lost belly fat. Rather than spending an hour on the elliptical, do shorter bursts of high-intensity exercise. This could include running, squats, lunges, or other exercises, as long as you’re doing them at an intense level. Planks are also an excellent exercise for flattening your abs. Try doing four rounds of 30 seconds each.
