#5 – Cottage Cheese
If you know any real bodybuilders, you will most likely find out that one of their favorite foods for muscle building is cottage cheese. You don’t have to be a health expert to find out why, as the nutrients label on low-fat cottage cheese reads that a cup of it contains 28 grams of protein in just 160 calories and less than 4 grams of fat. However, you should be careful how much cottage cheese you consume, as it contains extremely high levels of sodium salt, which can be quite bad for you, as we mentioned in one of our previous articles titled 5 Secretly Super-Salty Foods.
