#5 – Fake Butter (Margarine)

You should avoid margarine at all costs, because most of them are made up of cheap processed vegetable oils that can be extremely unhealthy for your heart. When making margarine, big companies tend to use toxic elements in order to change the molecular structure of it, which you end up eating. More and more studies are proving that margarine is something that you shouldn’t ever buy again. Instead, go back to regular butter as it is actually healthy, and contains high levels of vitamin K and other healthy nutrients.
