#7 – Low-Fat Foods

Studies are now proving that fat (in moderation of course) is actually harmless, and that you should avoid all of the low-fat and fat-free foods. When people started buying low-fat products, a lot of companies made foods that were filled with insane amounts of sugar, but people still chose to buy them because they contained low amounts of fat. These products are still in every supermarket, but we urge you to stop purchasing them.
