#3 – Take More Breaks, But Make Them Shorter
Staying focused is crucial when trying to get things done. However, you can’t sit in one position too long. It’s unhealthy and it will make you burn out much faster. The longer you sit still, the more the quality of your work will suffer. Whenever you feel uneasy, step away from the desk. Take a sandwich break, walk a little bit, or make a cup of coffee. It’s much better to take a short break whenever you’re feeling frustrated, than to take one or two longer breaks during the day – especially if your work involves constantly looking at the computer screen.
