#7 – Relax and Clear Your Mind

A common mistake is wrapping your mind around sleeping. You should rather think about, and go towards complete relaxation. Meditation and visualization will make you prepared to go into a deep sleeping phase. Clear your mind and try not to think about everything that awaits you the next day. If you are not relaxed, then you won’t get the rejuvenation you need, and you won’t be able to do everything that you planned for the next day.
