#7 – Relax Your Eyes
Staring at the computer makes your eyes feel tired. We even forget to blink while working. This makes our eyes and mind feel exhausted and we find it difficult to concentrate within a few hours into our working day.
The solution: Exercise your eyes a little. Roll your eyes in all directions every 30 minutes. Then just rub your palms together and place them on your eyes for about 30-60 seconds. When your eyes are relaxed, your mind will be too.
