#3 – Cook It Right!

The previous page talks about eating more fruits and vegetables. We can eat fruits fresh alright, but what about vegetables? Most people think about going on a diet they think about eating uncooked vegetables, just the thought of that terrifies them. Well, going on a diet doesn’t mean you cannot eat cooked food. You just have to cook it right! Less oil, less salt, less sugar and voila! A plate of low-fat dish is enough to fill you up!
