#5 – No Starving!
A lot of people have the wrong idea of staying hungry, trying not to eat can help losing weight. However, staying hungry is actually a big taboo while trying to lose weight. When you’re hungry, it’s true that the cells in your body will burn up your fat and sugar to create energy. But what will happen is that the cells will absorb even more when you finally start eating. Sometimes cells could absorb more than you needed to compensate the hunger. Eat whenever you want. When you’re on a diet, you’re better having more small meals a day rather than three big meals. Snack on something low-fat and healthy.
