Yup, I am totally serious. Enjoy 2 to 3 “relax meals” every month. Yes, you do want a strict diet plan, but not a torturing one. People usually fail because they use too much of torturing weight-loss methods. Feel free to enjoy nice, huge meals on special occasions like family gathering or holidays. Just remember to get right back on diet. With a healthy diet and a happy mind, you are going to lose weight for sure!
