#6 – Simple Exercise
When you want to lose weight, working out is a must. However you do not have to work out intensely. What you want is an exercise that you like and is not too tiring for you, so you are more motivated to work out at a regular base. The most important key is to exercise regularly. It doesn’t mean you have to work out 2 to 3 hours a day, 30 minutes a day is enough. You are trying lose weight, not trying to wear yourself out, right?
If you are uncomfortable with working out in a gym or in a park or any other open area, just do it at home! Just crank up that radio or iPod and start dancing to the music! Just focus on your hip and your waist movement. You’ll be surprise when your waist line is getting smaller. Working out is as easy as that!
