#2 – The 5:2 Diet
One of the most popular celebrity diet plans is the 5:2 Diet, named after the ratio within which the dieter eats. You see, those who participate in the 5:2 Diet must be able to change their eating habits depending on the day of the week. For 5 days, you eat as you normally would (and it is suggested that you make healthy, non-processed choices), then for 2 days you limit yourself to no more than 600 calories. You repeat this process each week until you reach your ideal weight. For some, this diet is a tad hard to follow, as they find it hard to maintain the 2-day rule after binging all week long.
