Reason #2 – Customisation

One of the reasons so many people prefer Android phones over Apple iPhones is the level of customisation options they have on the Android operating system.  While Apple has stuck to the familiar app icons on home screens, Android allows much greater customisation of home screens through a variety of widgets, app icons and live wallpapers, as well as various lock screens. Add on top of this a richer notification bar menu and phone settings, it won’t take long for someone moving from an iPhone to an Android phone to realise how much more control over their phone they have.
