#4 – Google Nexus 7

Just like Kindle Fire HDX, the new Nexus 7 is an updated version of Google’s original 7-inch tablet. It packs a somewhat slower 1.5GHz quad-core processor and 2GB of RAM, which is enough to offer smooth experience on its 7-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1920×1200.
At only 0.64 pounds (290 grams), it’s really easy to carry around and due to its compact size it will fit in almost any bag. With a prices starting from US$229 / £179, the new Nexus 7 is a little more expensive than last year’s model, but it offers much more in terms of performance.
Google’s flagship tablet is a perfect choice for Android fans as it offers stock Android experience. If you’ve never used this operating system before, Nexus 7 is a great introductory device into the world of Android.
