#9 – Don Cornelius

Don Cornelius was the creator and host of Soul Train.  He suffered from seizures due to an aneurysm that he had and became devastated over his declining health.  Due to this devastation Mr. Cornelius passed away from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
