#3 – Everyday Foods That Damage Your Teeth
Did you know there are many foods that we eat every day that are quite damaging to our teeth? Apples are probably on top of this list. And while an apple a day may keep the doctor away, the case is not the same with the dentist. Apples contain high levels of acid, which is quite bad for your enamel. Of course, this doesn’t mean you should stop eating apples, just make sure to rinse your mouth with water afterwards. Other everyday foods that are damaging to your teeth are peanut butter, popcorn, jelly, diet soda and hard candies.
