Invention #3 Karaoke Machine

No prizes for guessing it was a Japanese businessman who invented the karaoke machine, which apparently means Empty Orchestra, but the clever dude, Daisuke Inoue, was not so clever about patenting his invention and lost out big time. Karaoke is the #1 pastime in many Asian countries and is still very popular in the West. In Japan and Korea they have professional Karaoke singers who are megastars. We have mimers instead.
