#3 – Stinky Tofu

Would you eat stinky tofu? The big question there is “would you eat stinky anything?” This pungent treat can be found all over the streets of Taiwan and some other Asian cities. You will not see it right off the bat but you will certainly smell it from a mile away. They say it tastes about as good as it smells which should serve as a warning enough. Try the dipping sauces they provide to mask the smell which might improve the taste of this strange food.
