#2 – Get Enough Sleep
Certain people can function on a few hours of sleep per day. If you are one of them, that’s great. However, if you’ re not – make sure to find the optimal time of sleep that your body requires and stick to it. Never underestimate the rejuvenating power of a good night’s sleep. Instead of staying up late to finish that project, go to bed earlier and start working on it first thing in the morning.
