#4 – Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Communist Party Of China

Xi Jinping (born in 1953) has been the General Secretary of the Communist Party of China, President of the People’s Republic of China, and Chairman of the Central Military Commission since 2012. That means he is the highest-ranking official within emerging superpower China, the world’s most populous country.
Generally considered to be the most powerful Chinese leader since Chairman Mao, Xi Jinping has a reputation as being ‘Mr Clean’ having refused to divulge in corruption and bribery that’s generally associated with the political system and is playing a leading role in the fight against climate change.
