#10 The Out-Cider

This classic punch is served warm and its flavor is reminiscent of a more aromatic, complex version of the hot spiced cider. One of the main ingredients is herbal tea, which adds depth and makes the beverage fragrant and ideally suited for winter. Here are ingredients for the out-cider cocktail: bourbon (12 ounces), boiled cider (6 ounces), orange bitters (12 dashes), strong rooibos tea (18 ounces), orange zest and cinnamon sticks (about 12). Heat the boiled cider, bourbon, rooibos tea, orange peels, bitters and cinnamon sticks in a pot until the mix gets really warm, and serve immediately.
