#8 – Don’t Eat Saturated Fat

Nearly half a century ago, some nutrition experts thought that saturated fat was one of the leading causes of heart disease. However, none of these experts dedicated much time to their studies and claimed the reason for the rise of heart disease based solely on their assumptions. In 2010, an article combining 21 different studies (nearly 350 thousand people were involved in this) was published, finally proving that saturated fat has absolutely nothing to do with heart disease!
