If you eat two eggs upon waking up, you will definitely feel more energetic throughout the rest of the day. They are known to suppress the appetite. This is why you shouldn’t eat too many eggs at once, as they will make you feel too full, ultimately leading to a lack of concentration. The reason why eggs are a great source of energy is because they contain high levels of protein and iron. They are also packed with amino acids, which are known to make your brain function better. Eggs also have choline inside of them – a type of vitamin B that produces energy.
