Kegels are not just for women so pay attention men. Kegels are exercises that strengthen the pubococcygeus muscle or “PC” muscle. This is the muscle that contracts during orgasm and kegels can give women more consistent and better orgasms. However, men can achieve longer lasting erections and stronger erections from doing kegel exercises. Kegel exercises have also been used to help treat erectile dysfunction, so men do those kegels and you will never hear your women say that you don’t last long enough.
