#4 Eat More Water-Rich Foods
Eating more water-rich foods can be even more beneficial for your health and waistline than drinking more water. Why? When you eat water-rich foods, not only are you getting the benefits of hydration, but you’re getting important vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fiber.
Most water-rich foods are in their natural state (sometimes called ‘living foods’) and thus are usually easier for your body to digest because they still contain natural enzymes enabling the body to convert vitamins and minerals for use.
One of the reasons people overeat and therefore become overweight is because they are undernourished. This manifests as hunger which is the body’s message to the brain telling it to eat more food. Eating less overall, but more nutrient-rich, living food will mean the body is getting more of the nutrients it needs leading to less hunger pangs, less eating and weight loss.
