#2 Get Some Sunshine

The health benefits of sunlight on the skin are well documented and include stimulating the body’s production of vitamin D, fostering the production of blood pressure-reducing nitric oxide, as well as helping the body regulate its circadian rhythm.
In relation to weight loss, sunlight also helps reduce visceral fat indirectly. Vitamin D deficiencies have been associated to higher visceral fat production, which lead to obesity and ensuing health threatening diseases, such as heart disease and diabetes.
Don’t overdo it though – while moderate amounts of sunlight are great for health, too much sun can lead to sunburn, especially if you have fair skin and expose yourself to the sun during midday hours for too long at lower latitudes. As with most things, moderation is the key.
