#8 – Eat Some Nuts

In the middle of the day, what you need is a healthy snack and not just a cup of coffee or tea. So, what should you do?
The solution: Always keep a handful of nuts with you. Nuts such as almonds and walnuts are rich in fibers, protein, vitamins and minerals. They also contain omega-3 fatty acids. All these nutrients combine to maintain energy production in the body and also keep hunger at bay. So, whenever you need a boost of energy, just chomp on some nuts.
