#3 – Fresh Air
You have been sitting indoors in your air-conditioned office for maybe about 4 hours now. While it may be quite comfortable, breathing in this air can make you feel sluggish and sleepy.
The solution: Just head outdoors and take a walk for about 10 minutes. Nature is the best energy-booster. So, a nearby park is the best choice. Breathe in the fresh air and feast your eyes on the greenery around you. You will soon begin to feel upbeat and ready to do some more work.
