A tired mind and body can do with some relaxation. So, how do you soothe those aching muscles of your body or relieve that heaviness in your head?
The solution: Just use the tips of your fingers to give yourself a quick massage. Just slowly massage your forehead and the area around the eyes. Massage your neck. Press your palms. Acupressure recommends pressing the area between the thumb and the forefinger to lift your energy levels.
