#6 – Stay Hydrated

We often tend to be so focused on our work that we forget to drink water. Fluids transport nutrients and oxygen to the cells of our body. So, if we are not drinking enough fluids, we tend to feel exhausted and find it difficult to think and concentrate.
The solution: Drink at least eight glasses of water to stay hydrated. Instead of coffee or tea, go for fruit and vegetable juices and milk. These will keep you hydrated and will also provide you with the necessary nutrients to keep energy levels high.
