#5 – Stretch Your Body
Constantly sitting on the desk staring at the computer can make your body stiff and erect. You end up feeling tired and just want to go home and lie down on your soft bed.
The solution: Stretch out a little bit. Just get up from the chair and stretch your arms and legs. Move your neck and spine in all directions. You will instantly feel your body relaxing and your mind will be ready to focus some more on the work at hand.
