#3 – Skipping

Skipping is one of the most widely used cardio workouts among boxers, and with good reason. With something this intense, only 15 minutes can give you the same kind of workout that 45 minutes or more would of any other exercise. To make the most of it, you should use the same interval kind of training that hill sprints do. Something similar to 3 minutes of jumping followed by 1 minute of rest.
