#4 – Rowing

Rowing is incredibly popular in the Crossfit community, but it has a long history of use among fitness addicts. Rowing machines seem strange to people who haven’t used one before, but you can trust us when we say that you can’t beat this kind of intense workout! There are various stages of resistance, just like you would find on a stationary bicycle, but even at a lower stage you might find that your first workout only lasts 10 minutes!
