#7 – Small Dinner

I know, I know…Who doesn’t want to end their day with a nice, big meal? But when you’re on a diet, you’d better change that habit. If you have big breakfast and big lunch, that’s not a problem. Because you are still working, moving around, and consuming your calories and fat during the day. Usually it’s time to rest after dinner. If you eat too much before you go to sleep, the food will more likely to accumulate inside your body and become extra fat. It is best not to eat within 2 hours before you go to sleep.
